Ghost Cupcakes Recipe:
Ingredients:
Cupcakes
Frosting (purchase from any grocery store)
Wilton White Fondant (purchase from any crafts store)
¼ lb chocolate
Bake off your favorite cupcakes
After baking, fill each cupcake with frosting (frosting can be purchased at any grocery store)
Pull frosting up from filling cupcake and make a rosette on top of each cupcake (this will create the “body” of the ghost)
Put cupcakes in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
Roll out white fondant (Wilton’s fondant is great and can be purchased at any crafts store)
Using a 5″ round circle cookie cutter, cut out fondant circles
Drape a fondant circle over one of your cupcakes and press and form lightly to create the shirt of the ghost
Melt your ¼ lb of chocolate over a bain-marie (a water bath)
Put melted chocolate into a bag and pipe a face onto the ghost
